November 1976-March 1981. During this time, I handled transferees through Relocation companies such as Homequity and Transamerica Relocation. I also worked with buyers and sellers.

March 1982 -I accepted the position of Regional Marketing Director-Relocation for Schlott Realtors, Passaic County Region, and worked in the Wayne Schlott office. Responsibilities included marketing properties handled by corporate clients (such as Homequity, Merrill Lynch Relocation). I prepared these properties for sale by recommending any repairs & improvements, including painting & redecorating when properties became vacant. I made price recommendations to market successfully in the shortest amount of time. I also worked with relocating and move-up buyers and sellers as well as builders, During the mid eighties I handled 2 high end new home subdivisions. 

I have been the top agent in the Wyckoff office since joining it in 1984.
